By selecting "Directory" enters sub-area in which you can select the Setup folder to use, or create a new one.

Typically, this folder is called the "System Directory".

This folder contains all the required and sufficient subfolders for the program to run, then it is recommended to periodically backup the entire folder.

Before selecting the folder ("Current Folder") is essential positioning therein to have subfolders created automatically in it.
