By selecting "Alarm" you can enter the sub-area in which it’s possible to define the Alarms’ configuration.
The possibility of adopting a default configuration at the entrance and during the stay in "Run" has already been explained, as well as the possibility to load others in a constructive combination.
An Alarm configuration consists of an alphabetically sorted list of logical channels for which up to 4 control thresholds can be specified (two "high" and two "low") whose violation must be highlighted and possibly trigger a strategy through "GEN" action with absolute (high) priority.
It’s also possible to combine an alarm control with a strategy to be performed without evidence, typically an automation in the background triggered by events without being defined as a real alarm but still to be activated with absolute priority depending on the comparison with thresholds ; in this case, for the specific threshold of the logical channel, is available the "Hidden" mode, which does not determine any graphic evidence, it’s not stored in any file, but in any case triggers the relevant Action.
Alarms are managed only while in "Run"; here they can be disabled (with password) leaving AdaMo without any security check.
In this image is shown the editor settings for Alarms configuration.
